We want customers to have confidence when joining the Stoic Trading UK Academy. Subject to the terms below, eligible purchases of Academy Essentials are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
1. Academy Essentials
If you purchase Academy Essentials and decide that the programme is not suitable for you, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
You do not need to provide a detailed reason for requesting a refund.

2. Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Requests received after this period will not normally qualify for the voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee, although your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Digital Course Access
Academy Essentials is a digital educational product and access may be provided shortly after payment.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
Where UK law requires express consent before digital content begins immediately, the relevant consent and acknowledgement may be collected during checkout.
4. Academy Professional
Academy Professional is a higher-support programme that may include live sessions, personalised support, accountability, reviews and other services.
Any refund or cancellation terms applicable to Academy Professional will be communicated before enrolment and may differ from those applicable to Academy Essentials.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
Once a refund has been issued, processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
Access to refunded products may be removed once the refund is processed.
6. Abuse Of The Refund Policy
The 14-day guarantee is intended to allow genuine customers to assess whether the programme is suitable for them.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse, fraud, repeated refund behaviour, account sharing or unauthorised copying or distribution of Academy material.
Any action we take will remain subject to applicable consumer law.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
UK consumer law prohibits businesses from restricting statutory refund rights through contractual wording.
